Returns Policy

If you receive a damaged or faulty good please complete the query form in the CONTACT US page of our website. This must be done within 14 days of the purchase date.  If you receive free shipping on your order, should a cash refund be given on returns, the amount of postage will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please include your order number and reason for the exchange. We will only accept returns if we have been notified via our contact us page email prior to receiving any goods at our premises. We will not take responsibility for goods returned to our premises, with or without our knowledge.

**If you do return an item you MUST place a tracking on this, as we will NOT be responsible for items that g missing in the post**

GOODS WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IF THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY. PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING GOODS. THE DESCRIPTION IS WHAT THE PURCHASE SHOULD BE BASED ON NOT THE IMAGE.

Our customer service representative will promptly send you a Product Return form.

Items that cannot be replaced, a refund will be offered. If you pay via papal the refunde amount will equal the net amount of funds received at EVERYTHINGMMA (ie the amount less the paypal fees). All refunds via paypal will incur a fee on your behalf, not liable or payable by EVERYTHINGMMA.

If you have received the wrong product in error from EVERYTHINGMMA.COM.AU, we will accept returns within 14 days.

Please ensure you read the product description in full, as the item description may not match the image show. The description is what the purchase should be based on.

We will gladly exchange non faulty goods for another size provided the following:

• The exchange is received within 14 days from the purchase date and invoice included.
• The goods are returned in their original packaging.
• The product(s) are in good condition and have not been washed or worn.
• Reasonable care has been taken when sending the items back

ALL RETURNS WILL INCUR A $12 SHIPPING CHARGE…

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – Please note, your order will not be tracked once it leaves Australia, hence if you would like additional global tracking please email us on info@everythingmma.com.au to arrange payment for additional registered cover. If no additional cover is paid for, then EVERYTHINGMMA PTY PTD will only assume responsibility for the item within Australia.
